trauma and abuse.

Supervision and Alt. Route Training

Angela serves as a LPC supervisor for those perusing their NC LPC and is available for alt route training for both dance and drama therapy. Individual and group supervision is available.

Mini Dance and Drama Therapy WKS

Saturday February 27 Greensboro NC (near Friendly and Guilford College Road) Part one 8 AM-12 PM (1 hour lunch)

Part two 1 PM-5 PM $50 half day or $80 for the entire day

Up to 8 Hrs of CEU’s available

Individual/group supervision offered at 6 PM for an additional fee

Introduction to non verbal assessments Introduction to various non verbal assessments. Experience using drama therapy techniques to conduct assessments. Introduction to KMP and movement assessment tools. Experience using movement, drama and sand tray in assessments

Part Two 1 PM-5 PM
Drama Therapy techniques of the empty chair & Play Back Theater Introduction to how Drama Therapists use the empty chair technique. Experience using the empty chair, mirroring and role play. Introduction to Play Back Theater. Experience using Play Back theater and learn how to use this in your work.

These workshops are to be an introduction and brief sample of these techniques.
